Better screen Samsung Odyssey G95SC
CES is always a battle of the screens and 2023 was no exception. Samsung claims the 49-inch model is the first OLED gaming monitor with a 32/9 aspect ratio. The price is unknown at this time, but we can expect it to be available later in the year.
Best concept development: BMW i Vision Dee
CES would not be complete without the addition of exterior concepts and gimmicks. The BMW i Vision Dee, for example, is a great example. The concept car has made significant technical progress since its announcement at CES 2022. It now features a full-color version E Ink technology, which allows it to transform into 32 colors.
Best in Show: The Matter
Matter was a prominent speaker at CES 2023 on smart home adoption. The new interoperability standard has a lofty goal of simplifying the smart home. Companies like Samsung, Google and Apple have committed themselves to making it happen. We have a long way to go before we can see a simpler and more connected future. We will be closely following this journey.
