All of your data, including your Medical ID, and health and fitness data, in the Health app are encrypted when your phone is locked using Touch ID, Face ID, or Passcode. All health data that is synced to iCloud via the mobile app and on our servers is encrypted in transit. Apple cannot read your activity and health data if you use the latest version of iOS and watchOS.
