Bionaut Labs Gets $43.2 Million for Its Small Drug Delivery Robots • TechCrunch

Bionaut Laboratories is committed to finding new treatments for these deadly diseases, which have been long overdue for a major breakthrough.

The startup’s namesake magnetically-driven robots are designed to deliver treatments to the midbrain — a more direct application than standard drugs delivered systemically (intravenously, orally, etc.). The company is interested in Huntington’s and Parkinson’s diseases, as well as other debilitating conditions.
