Pre-orders for PlayStation VR2 are now open with no invite

PlayStation accounts are now eligible to pre-order PlayStation VR2. No invitation required. Pre-orders for PlayStation VR2 were first available last month. You had to register and then choose Sony in order to place an online order for the PSVR2. As of today, you can order the next-gen virtual reality headset from Sony. From PlayStation DirectIt will be delivered within a week after its February launch.

This is what I found out by accident Thursday night. I signed up for the pre-order, but to my dismay, I never received an email. It was a sign from God that I would need the headset next year.

As I was browsing PlayStation Direct I noticed that I could add the headset to my shopping basket, even though I hadn’t received any notification by Sony. I placed an order immediately. Two of my colleagues and I placed an order right away. It has not beenPre-order registration is now open. The headset was delivered to their PlayStation Direct carts on Friday morning.

PlayStation VR2 will release on February 22nd. Sony claims that my order will be delivered between February 22nd through February 28th.
